Pantry Management

Is your pantry overstock? Right now, mine is. As many of us this spring looked ahead to the possibility of an interruption to our food supply, It made sense to buy to much. I took a hard look at my inventory, and donated extras to our local food bank I knew I would not be able to consume by its expiration date, and the rest I make a point to "shop" there first, and build my meals to use these items each week. Stay tuned as I graze down the inventory and bring my pantry back to a quantity I can manage effectively.
