French Blonde Cocktail

I love anything grapefruit and especially when it is paired with floral flavors. Lillet Blanc in a French Aperitif wine with floral notes and mixes so nicely with the herbal flavors of gin. It is worth using freshly squeezed grapefruit juice for this lovely cocktail.

Serves 1

2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice

2 ounces Lillet Blanc

1 ounce dry gin

1/2 ounce St Germain

• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds

• Strain into a classic champagne glass and serve
